Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sundais purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition.

If you wish to exchange or refund an item you will be responsible for return postage.

If you are exchanging the item for a different size or product we will cover postage costs to send the new item to you.

How to Return

1. Email us at inquiries.sundais@gmail.com to start processing your return

2. Pack your items securely, including any original tags and packaging.

3. Ship your return using a trackable and insured method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will aim to be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
